Logistics Business System Manager

We are seeking a visionary Logistics Business System Manager to architect, configure, and drive the future of our supply chain and manufacturing operations. This hybrid role is based out of our West Palm Beach or Atlanta offices (3 days in office, 2 days at home). Job Description Architect end‑to‑end SAP Logistics Execution (LE) and Materials Management (MM) solutions across the supply chain. Lead full‑lifecycle implementations from blueprint to post‑go‑live stability, guiding at least three projects. Bridge integration touchpoints across SAP SD, MM, LE, and PP to create unified, efficient solutions. Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage master data, customize configurations, and lead testing and training initiatives. Align SAP processes with complex manufacturing environments (MTS, MTO, ETO). Optimize inbound and outbound workflows and support SAP WM processes to maximize warehouse efficiency. Maintain batch management, inventory accuracy, and staging processes to production supply areas. Provide on‑floor support during go‑live and hyper‑care phases, troubleshooting in real time. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in SAP LE/WM module. Preferred: Master’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science. Additional experience as an SAP SD consultant. Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills across all audiences. Pay Range Annual salary: $96,000 to $192,000, based on skills, education, experience, and unique qualifications. Benefits Health Care (Medical, Dental, Vision) and wellness incentives.
