Key Responsibilities Analyze and manage financial results to balance profits with customer and associate satisfaction. Ensure the store is open, clean, and properly staffed every day. Supervise daily activities of associates and assign responsibilities. Monitor quality control records and ensure compliance with company standards. Oversee hiring, firing, and personnel management to maintain a motivated team. Qualifications High School diploma or GED; college degree in hospitality or restaurant management preferred. Minimum 2 years of management experience in the Food & Beverage industry. Strong knowledge of customer service, product quality, and operational standards.
