Delivery Manager

Deloitte is seeking a Delivery Manager, Data Engineering and Conversion Solutions to lead the delivery of data engineering, data conversion, and platform implementation work for Government & Public Services clients. This role will oversee delivery teams, manage execution across the project lifecycle, and drive quality, timeliness, and operational consistency for complex data-focused engagements. The ideal candidate brings experience leading large-scale data delivery efforts, managing cross-functional teams, and supporting client outcomes in a structured delivery model. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree 8+ years of experience in data engineering, data integration, data migration, or data conversion delivery 4+ years of experience leading project teams or delivery workstreams 2+ years of experience managing delivery of extract, transform, and load processes, data mapping, data validation, and conversion activities 2+ years of experience using project tracking, issue management, and status reporting methods in a delivery environment Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
