Electrical Service Manager

D2B Groups is currently searching for an experienced Electrical Service Manager to lead our service team and enhance our client’s service operations. This is a crucial role within our organization that requires an individual with a strong background in electrical services, proven leadership capabilities, and excellent customer service skills. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of service technicians, ensuring they have the training and resources needed to excel in their roles. Service Operations: Oversee all service-related activities, including scheduling, dispatching, and managing work orders efficiently to meet customer needs. Customer Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs promptly and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure that all electrical service work meets industry standards and client expectations. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in service operations. Bids and Proposals: Assist in preparing quotes and proposals for electrical service contracts and projects. Budget Management: Monitor and manage the service department budget, ensuring financial goals are met while maintaining high service standards. Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols to promote a safe working environment for all team members. Requirements Experience as an Electrician is required 5+ years of experience in electrical service management or a similar role. In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety standards. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong problem‑solving and organizational abilities. Proficient in service management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Valid electrical license or certification is a plus.
