The Program Manager is accountable for the ensuring the program is operating within OASAS 822 outpatient program regulations and meeting patient and quality care standards. The Program Manager is responsible for clinical supervision of counseling staff, oversight of office management, coordination with program Medical Director and medical providers and ensuring adherence to program policies, procedures, state and federal guidelines and regulations.RESPONSIBILITIESMonitoring the treatment and care of all patients enrolled or utilizing services in the programResponsible for clinical supervision of counseling staff and facilitation of clinical case conferenceCompliance with program policy and procedure and OASAS 822 Outpatient Program guidelinesReview of electronic medical records to ensure patients are receiving appropriate level of care and servicesMaintaining an updated program census including patient assessment, admission and discharge dataProvide support and coordination of care to Medical Director and program medical providersSupervision of office and administrative staffProvide support in office management, daily operations, supplies and addressing building issues and concerns Report to Director of Outpatient Addictions Programs. Provide information and data on quality of care, compliance with regulations, and utilization reviewPreparation and coordination in maintaining program standards during program Surveys and ReviewsResponsible for program service goals initiatives and report out to Director of Outpatient Addictions programsCollaboration with community partners and participation in coordination with treatment and service partnershipsPlanning and implementation of in-service trainings and continuing careOversite, planning, approval and coverage of staff time off and program coverageOther related duties as assignedServes as brand ambassador by upholding the WMCHealth Mission, Vision, and CARE values and promoting excellence in the patient experience, during every encounter.QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTSEXPERIENCE3-5 years of clinical experience in counseling, group work, and supervision, requiredEDUCATIONMaster’s degree in Social work or other related programs, requiredLICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), required
