Job Summary:
Access Services is hiring a Bilingual Foreman (English/Spanish) for a leading plumbing contractor in Charlotte, NC. This role requires 5+ years of experience in commercial and residential plumbing, along with the necessary licenses and certifications in North Carolina . The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be detail-oriented, and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate plumbing crews on commercial and residential projects.

• Ensure compliance with blueprints, plumbing codes, and safety regulations.

• Manage materials, tools, and equipment to optimize workflow.

• Communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and clients.

• Train and mentor team members on plumbing best practices.

• Enforce job site safety protocols and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial and residential plumbing.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong communication skills.

• North Carolina Plumbing License (required).

• OSHA 30 Certification (required).

• Drinking Water & Wastewater Certification (preferred).

• CDL License (preferred, for operating company vehicles).

• Ability to read blueprints and interpret plumbing codes.

• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

• Availability to work in Charlotte, NC, and surrounding areas.
