Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Program Coordinator - Team Member Injury Employee Health

Overview These roles provide essential assistance to healthcare professionals in delivering patient care. Ensure the smooth functioning of clinical operations by handling tasks that support the diagnostic, therapeutic, and procedural aspects of patient care. Allied Health - Health Services professionals work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of medical services. These roles focus on the organizational, financial, and operational aspects of healthcare facilities and services. Responsibilities include ensuring clinical operations run smoothly, efficiently, and within regulatory and financial guidelines. Jobs in this field work "behind the scenes" to manage resources, coordinate services, and support the overall functioning of one or more clinical office operations. Individual contributors with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Spends majority of time leading the design, implementation or delivery of processes, programs and policies using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education (typically University). Experienced individual contributor that has extensive area or subject matter expertise. Limited oversight from manager. Manages projects or processes. Coaches, reviews, and delegates work to lower level professionals. Problems faced are difficult and often complex. Influences others regarding policies, practices, and procedures. Minimum Requirements Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing from accredited nursing program, Master's degree in related field within 4 years of hire. Experience: Three years progressive experience and relevant clinical nursing experience required. Licensure: Must be a registered nurse and currently licensed to practice in the State of Virginia. Specialty Board Certification strongly preferred. AHA Health Care Provider BLS Certification required. Physical Demands This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings and programs. Compensation The starting base rate for this role is $66,528.00 annually. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
