Lean Manufacturing Supervisor

Northern Engraving is seeking a Production Supervisor for our West Salem Division. The role involves managing manufacturing processes and leading a team to ensure productivity and safety compliance. You'll interpret policies for employees, promote a cooperative work environment, and oversee day-to-day operations.
