Machine Operator II (Day Shift) – Starting at $23.85/hr Location: Mason, Ohio. Shift: 6:45 AM – 7:00 PM on a rotating 2/2/3 schedule. Paid lunches. Enforce safety, health, quality GMP, and company policies. Participate in continuous quality improvement projects. Perform mold, insert and color changes on the line. Improve machine efficiency and reduce scrap. Perform utility duties during slow periods. Monitor resin, dryer, material handling and color systems. Conduct on‑time quality checks. Assist in mechanical repairs and maintenance. Perform preventative maintenance work. Maintain safe and tidy work area. Complete required documentation. Coordinate with Production Shift Supervisor. Verify material usage per standards. Execute minor troubleshooting and programming. Minimize regrind, purge and scrap generation. Communicate processing information between shifts. Assist in training new operators. Limited travel may be required. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years in manufacturing required. Requirements Maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance. Computer usage and typing skills essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Work under pressure and meet deadlines with a positive attitude. Work independently and complete assignments within prescribed routines. Convey facts and information clearly. Collaborate well with others; volunteer to help. Compensation Statement The expected salary range for this position is based on legal mandates in certain US jurisdictions. Final compensation is based on individual qualifications and experience.
