Key Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) License
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience working within a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
• Familiarity with compliance, documentation, and special education processes
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy to a caseload of approximately 30-40 elementary students
• Perform screenings, evaluations, and re-evaluations according to student needs
• Develop and maintain IEP goals and individualized intervention strategies
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to support student progress
• Document services, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings as required
• Serve as a resource for communication strategies and augmentative technology when appropriate

This is an onsite, full-academic-year contract position, offering a consistent weekly schedule of 32.5 hours. The role extends through the end of the 2026-2027 school year, allowing you to build lasting impact with your students and support ongoing school initiatives.
