Bilingual Caregiver with Memory Care Experience

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and upbeat caregiver with experience supporting individuals living with dementia and/or Alzheimer’s disease. The ideal candidate is someone who brings a positive attitude, understanding, and kindness to their work while helping clients feel safe, comfortable, and valued.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience caring for individuals with dementia and/or Alzheimer’s disease.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish to communicate effectively with clients and their families.
• Up-to-date vaccinations required for working in nursing home settings.
• Exceptional patience, empathy, and a positive, upbeat personality.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
• Dependable, attentive, and committed to maintaining each client’s dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
• Pass a background check
