Required Qualifications:

• Active certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) or Nursing – ORT experience required

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience in the operating room
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Strong communication abilities and collaborative approach
• Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities in high-pressure settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms and surgical equipment for procedures
• Assist the surgical team throughout operations, ensuring adherence to sterile technique
• Manage and account for surgical instruments and supplies
• Work alongside surgeons, nurses, and anesthesiologists to provide optimal patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation before, during, and after procedures
• Support quality improvement initiatives related to perioperative care
