Shipping Associate

As a Shipping Associate, you will be responsible for shipping products by pulling them off the conveyor, palletizing, and wrapping skids.

Responsibilities:

• Operate RF Scanner for inventory tracking and management.
• Perform palletizing, shipping, and receiving tasks efficiently.
• Pack products securely for shipment.
• Read and write in English for documentation and communication purposes.
• Work independently while demonstrating problem-solving abilities.
• Lift, carry, pull, and push up to 40-70 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Engage in frequent walking, standing, stooping, bending, and reaching.
• Be willing to work weekday and weekend overtime as required.

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in using RF Scanner.
• Experience in warehouse operations.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Preferred experience with computers and scanning equipment.

Work Environment:

Work in a dynamic distribution center for scientific equipment that services schools, hospitals, and medical labs. Join a team of 100-120 people, divided into receiving, picking, and shipping teams. The facility operates Monday to Friday with shifts from 8:30 am to 5 pm and from 12 pm to 8:30 pm, which includes a 10% shift differential for starting at noon.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nazareth, PA.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.70/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
