Remote Pharmacy Technician

Providing professional telephone assistance, the full-time Remote Pharmacy Technician in the Prior Authorization Call Center will manage incoming calls, document required information, and process Prior Authorization requests while working remotely. Key responsibilities Handle incoming calls from members and providers, guiding them through the Prior Authorization process Maintain accurate documentation of Prior Authorization approvals and denials according to established procedures Utilize multiple computer systems to manage calls and documentation while ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume customer service or inbound call center environment Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, insurance, or related fields Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Outlook Ability to work in a HIPAA-compliant workspace and meet mandatory overtime requirements
