Litigation Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a qualified associate attorney to support its Texas practice in Irving, TX. This position offers an opportunity to work within a multi-state real estate and creditors' rights law firm, providing a dynamic environment for career advancement. Duties Manage assigned matters using case management and reporting software. Conduct court appearances and manage related travel requirements. Provide superior client care and proactive communication. Collaborate effectively within a team environment. Requirements Active membership in good standing with the Texas State Bar. 0-5 years of experience in real estate, civil litigation, and/or creditors' rights practice. Knowledge of Title & Lien Priority, Title Claim, Foreclosure, Eviction, TILA, RESPA, FDCPA. Strong foundation in civil procedure, motions practice, and loss mitigation. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Active membership of the Texas Bar is required. Additional Bar licenses are a plus.
