Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license in job state. You will deliver outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and support daily operations with agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

Pay Rate: $14.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and help to verify authorized entry for personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries in accordance with site protocols and post instructions.
• Support daily operations by observing facility activity, communicating clearly with team members and/or supervisors, and reporting maintenance, fire, or other security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
