Were seeking a hands-on manager with 23 years of leadership experience in the dry-cleaning industry who can oversee store operations, manage staff, and deliver excellent customer service. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are strongly preferred Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and workflow
- Manage, train, and schedule team members
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally
- Monitor production timelines and maintain quality standards
- Handle cash management, reporting, and basic administrative tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient store environment
- 23 years of management or supervisory experience in dry cleaning
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with POS systems and basic computer tasks
