Description Develop and maintain comprehensive security metrics and reporting frameworks to monitor organizational performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and track key risk indicators (KRIs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze security data and provide actionable insights to support decision‑making processes. Prepare and present detailed security reports to senior leadership and stakeholders. Ensure alignment of security reporting with compliance and regulatory requirements within the financial services industry. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to enhance the organization's security posture. Provide guidance and leadership to team members in developing reporting tools and processes. Stay informed about emerging security threats and industry best practices to continuously improve reporting methodologies. Profile A strong background in risk and compliance within the financial services industry. Proficiency in data analysis, metrics development, and reporting tools. In‑depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards related to security and compliance. Excellent communication skills to present complex data to non‑technical audiences. Proven leadership abilities to guide and mentor team members effectively. A commitment to staying updated on industry trends and emerging security threats.
