COMPANY DESCRIPTION

Cleaning Pros Plus, LLC is a commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning company serving the Central Valley, the Bay Area and Northern California. We clean the full exhaust system, from the roof to the hood, to bare metal under NFPA 96, Section 12.6, and provide a detailed inspection report and certificate after every service, ready for fire marshals, insurers and property owners.

Cleaning Pros Plus, LLC is an IKECA member, led by a Certified Exhaust System Inspector (CESI) #200771 and Certified Exhaust Cleaning Specialist (CECS) #200452 who has been retained as an NFPA 96 expert witness, and supported by PECT Designated Technicians. Beyond cleaning, we provide inspection services, grease filter exchange, rooftop grease containment and fan performance management: full exhaust system care from one team.

Cleaning Pros Plus, LLC also builds the software that sets the standard for the industry: HoodOps for hood cleaning companies, and EvidLY for commercial kitchen risk management. Stovio Advisors is part of the same family of companies.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Client Acquisition Specialist is a full-time field sales role based in Merced, California, covering Merced, Stanislaus, Fresno, Madera and Mariposa counties. You grow Cleaning Pros Plus, LLC with large commercial kitchens: senior living communities, hospitals, schools, grocery stores, hotels and multi-location restaurant groups.

You find and qualify the right kitchens, reach the decision maker in person, and book a free Site Assessment. The estimate follows the assessment, and you review it with the client and sign the service agreement. You sell every service: kitchen exhaust cleaning, restoration, filter exchange, fan performance management, rooftop grease containment and bundled packages, along with EvidLY. You also build a referral network in your territory with fire protection companies, kitchen vendors, insurance agents and property managers.

You log every visit and follow-up the same day in our client acquisition system, keep a set weekly schedule for planning and follow-up, and work with operations so each new client's first service goes smoothly.

This is a commission-only W-2 position with no cap. Your first week is paid training at an hourly rate. At our standard pace, year one earns about $63,000, including commission, paid training and bonuses, and every full year after earns about $100,000. Those figures count kitchen exhaust cleaning and EvidLY only; every other service pays commission on top. We provide a company laptop, company email, a monthly cell phone allowance and mileage reimbursed at the IRS rate. After 90 days you also receive a monthly health allowance.

QUALIFICATIONS

- 21 or older, with a valid California driver's license

- A reliable vehicle insured with business use covered

- Outside B2B sales experience with a clear record of closing. Food service, uniform route, equipment, insurance, facilities or industrial services sales is a plus.

- Comfortable walking into a kitchen unannounced, asking for the decision maker and asking for the agreement

- Clear, professional communication with owners, chefs, administrators and facility directors

- The discipline to work a weekly plan without being chased, and to log every visit the same day

- Comfortable with a laptop, email and Google Workspace; training on our client acquisition system is provided

- Knowledge of fire safety or NFPA 96 is a plus; full training is provided

- A reader: The Power of Discipline within your first 30 days, and Fanatical Prospecting within 90
