Job Summary:
Seeking a Clinical Laboratory Scientist to perform complex laboratory testing and analysis. This role requires attention to detail and adherence to quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret clinical laboratory test results accurately.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols and proper handling of specimens.
• Document all testing procedures and results in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide diagnostic insights.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid California CLS or MLS license.
• Possess blood bank experience as a CLS Generalist.
• Maintain current TB clearance within the past 12 months.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of clinical laboratory techniques and procedures.
• Exhibit excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
