Travel Physical Therapist - Home Health
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health position requiring 2+ years of home health experience and HCHB/Oasis charting proficiency.

$2,107.00/week (estimated advertised weekly pay)
Home health setting covering White, Cumberland, and Van Buren Counties within a 50-75 mile radius
Day shift, 5x8 hour schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Patient population is geriatric, with visit types including start of care and follow-up visits
Average caseload of 6-7 patients per day, equating to approximately 3 patient visits
Productivity requirement of 30 points per week minimum
No on-call requirements
No weekend work required unless needed to meet weekly productivity goals
Uses HCHB and Oasis for charting
Current state license required if applicable
BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of home health experience required
HCHB and Oasis charting experience required
Must hold license in hand, pending licenses not accepted
Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate
Dress code is scrubs or business casual, with polo and scrub pants for PTs
Local candidates accepted
First-time travelers not accepted for this position
