Clinical Liaison (CL)

Clinical Liaison - Inpatient Rehabilitation (Full-time) TGH Rehabilitation Hospital, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Clinical Liaison to play a vital role in connecting patients with appropriate rehabilitation care. The Clinical Liaison will assess patient suitability, manage referrals, and serve as the primary point of contact for external case managers and discharge planners. How You’ll Contribute Build and maintain referral relationships to drive appropriate admissions. Assist and coordinate intake and pre‑admission screening processes. Perform on‑site clinical judgment to determine patient admission suitability. Communicate rehabilitation and facility options, expectations, and requirements to patients and families. Secure information related to patients’ resources and benefits. Serve as initial contact for external case management and discharge planner personnel with payors and hospital facilities. Ongoing professional development and career advancement opportunities. Qualifications Clinical licensure as an RN, LPN, PT, PTA, OT, COTA, SLP or MSW. Preferred: Previous marketing/sales experience. Preferred: Previous clinical experience with demonstrated skills in clinical assessment and EMR systems. Preferred: Formal sales training. Valid driver’s license.
