Senior Global Tax Manager — Hybrid (3 days in office) - MV (Mountain View)

Egnyte is seeking a hands-on Senior Tax Manager to own and scale our global tax function. You will manage end-to-end tax strategy, financial reporting, and compliance infrastructure while partnering with cross-functional teams to support major corporate milestones.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of progressive corporate tax experience, strong ASC 740 knowledge, and a track record in transfer pricing and audit defense. This role is based in Mountain View with hybrid in-office requirements.
