A law firm seeks a Senior Attorney to join its Litigation Business Unit in Houston, TX. Candidates in Houston and Beaumont are preferred, though those near other Texas offices will be considered. The role requires over 10 years of litigation experience and an active Texas Bar License. Duties Manage trial preparation and courtroom responsibilities. Conduct motion practice and handle significant hearings and depositions. Demonstrate exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills. Maintain detailed organization and a strong work ethic. Communicate effectively with strong interpersonal skills. Requirements 10+ years of litigation practice experience. Active Texas Bar License. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Texas Bar License. Skills Extensive trial preparation and courtroom experience. Strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation abilities.
