We're looking for people who want to do their best work with a team that's moving fast.About the RoleYou'll be the trusted HR resource for our manufacturing team, supporting everything from compliance to culture. Working closely with frontline leaders, you'll build relationships across the floor and make sure our facility operates with both excellence and fairness.Manage employee relations, including complaints, investigations, and corrective discipline with fair, consistent, legally compliant outcomesConduct exit interviews, process separations, and identify trends to inform retention strategiesSupport open enrollment and benefits administrationReview and complete payroll runs with the support of financeMake sure the facility stays compliant with federal, state, and local employment law, including OSHA recordkeeping and workplace safety standardsAdminister and support leave programs including FMLA, Workers Compensation, and ADA accommodationsPartner with managers on 90-day reviews, performance management coaching, and documentationFacilitate required training (harassment prevention, forklift certification) and serve as a bilingual point of contact on the floorWhat You'll BringHave a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (a plus, but not required)Have 2+ years in an HR Business Partner, Employee Relations, or generalist HR role, preferably in manufacturing or distributionExperience administering and processing both payroll and benefitsAre bilingual in English and Spanish (required)Know employment law and HR compliance including OSHA, FMLA, Workers Compensation, ADA, and EEOHave conducted workplace investigations and handled separations with discretionAre organized with careful attention to detail and can manage multiple priorities at onceWhat's in it for you?Robust health, dental, and vision coverage that starts on day 1401(k) with 4% match, vests immediately after a 90-day waiting periodFlexible PTO that grows over time10 paid holidays, including 2 floating holidaysMonthly team eventsClick here to view our full benefits overview.Location: Naperville, ILSchedule: Mon–Fri | OnsiteCompensation: $75,000 - $90,000 base, plus annual bonusWe're building something big, and we want good people along for the ride.
