Financial Accounting SpecialistThe Financial Accounting Specialist is responsible for leading and overseeing the company's statutory financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reports. You will provide and manage cashflow, audits and coordinate with Thai government authorities accordingly. You will be part of Finance Capability Center (FCC) and work to develop and drive continuous process improvement, strong technical accounting expertise, and ability to work effectively in green field manufacturing which is essential for this role.What You Will DoOverseeing the operations financial statutory report in deliver accurate and timely financial statementPrepare monthly IFRS to TFRS for NPAE GAAP reconciliation.Coordinating, supervising, and following up on all financial accounting activities.Prepare accurate and timely financial reports; conduct regular financial and cash flow analysis to support management decision-makingMonitoring and supervising the company's cash flow and ensuring adequate liquidity is maintainedAnalyzing sales, collections, and working capital of companies, including AR days for collection and AP days for payment.Analyzing financial statements and highlighting abnormal transactions, collaborating with FCC to solve and develop permanent solutionCoordinating with other department heads to identify and maximize opportunities for business improvement through data insights.Liaising with auditors, banks, legal advisors, and other third parties on related matters.Prepare statutory financial statements in accordance with TFRS and get it audited by statutory auditor.Support in Group audit under IFRS.Coordinating statutory financial reports with auditors involves preparing accurate financial statements, gathering documentation, and reconciling accounts to meet regulatoryHandling ad-hoc projects as assigned.What You Need to Be SuccessfulBachelor's degree in accountingValid CPD (Continuing Professional Development)At least 5 years of experience in full accounting functions, demonstrating strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS vs. NPAE) and related functionsVery good command of written and spoken EnglishProficient in accounting software-ERP, or SAP and Microsoft officeExcellent analytical and conceptual thinkingAbility to prioritize, manage time independently, set objectives and milestones.Responsibility, detail-oriented, Proactive, and fast learning,Bonus Points if You HaveExperience in Electronic and automotive manufacturing.Green field manufacturing.ERP, SAP, MS Office, and AI.What Makes You EligibleProficiency in English communicationDue to the nature of global infrastructure, you understand that flexibility in working hours is requiredWhat We OfferFlexible work environment, allowing for full-time remote work globally for positions that can be performed outside a HARMAN or customer locationAccess to employee discounts on world-class Harman and Samsung products (JBL, HARMAN Kardon, AKG, etc.)Extensive training opportunities through our own HARMAN UniversityCompetitive wellness benefitsTuition reimbursement"Be Brilliant" employee recognition and rewards programAn inclusive and diverse work environment that fosters and encourages professional and personal developmentAbout HARMAN: Where Innovation Unleashes Next-Level TechnologyEver since the 1920s, we've been amplifying the sense of sound.
