Work from anywhere, on your own schedule, while applying your IB experience to influence the next generation of AI-driven capital markets analysis . What You’ll Do: Review AI-generated analyses of LBOs, IPO pricing, and M&A valuations . Evaluate model performance on live-deal inspired case studies . Develop scoring rubrics and benchmarks that reflect real transaction dynamics . Collaborate with a global team of quant researchers, economists, and fellow IB specialists . What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of Investment Banking experience (M&A, IPOs, restructuring, or capital raising). Proven track record in deal modeling, valuations, or transaction advisory . Strong knowledge of corporate finance, risk, and capital structure. Preferred: CFA (any level), CA/CPA, or MBA in Finance. Engagement: Advisory consulting (~10–30 hrs/week) . Location: Fully remote — work anywhere, anytime . Duration: Initial 1-month pilot , with potential for multi-month projects. Compensation: $100/hr+ consulting rate .
