The Basics of a Junior Graphic Designer: Status: Full-Time, Non-ExemptWork Arrangement: Hybrid 4 days onsite after onboarding and training. Location: 12544 Riata Vista Circle, Austin, TX 78727Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. Flexibility may be required to support special projects, marketing campaigns, and community events. What you'll do as a Junior Graphic Designer As a Junior Graphic Designer, you'll help bring the Greater Texas and Aggieland Credit Union brands to life through creative, visually engaging marketing materials. You'll work alongside an experienced marketing team to develop compelling graphics across digital, print, branch, and community channels while ensuring every piece reflects our brand standards and delivers an exceptional member experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career designer who enjoys collaboration, welcomes feedback, and is excited to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact. Duties and Responsibilities Design and produce engaging marketing materials for digital, print, branch, and community channels, including social media graphics, web assets, signage, flyers, banners, email campaigns, and branch displays. Adapt creative assets for multiple platforms while ensuring consistency with Greater Texas and Aggieland Credit Union brand standards. Support marketing campaigns by creating, organizing, and distributing approved creative assets for internal teams, community initiatives, and external partners. Assist with website updates, promotional materials, community events, and basic video or experiential design projects. Review creative work for quality, accuracy, and production readiness before publication or distribution. Organize and maintain creative files, campaign assets, and marketing resources. Collaborate with the Marketing team to meet project deadlines, contribute creative ideas, and continuously improve design quality. Participate in the Greater Good volunteer initiative and support community engagement efforts.
