Responsibilities:
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
- Track orders and monitor delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.
- Communicate with carriers, vendors, and customers regarding shipment status.
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and delivery issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
- Assist with logistics reporting and process improvements.
- 1-3 years of logistics, supply chain, or transportation experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and logistics or ERP software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
