Location: Louisville, KY Pay Rate: $25/hr Employment Type: Contingent Schedule: M, Tu, Th, F: 7:45am–4:15pm; W: 7:45am–12:45pm

What You'll Do

• Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on patients of all ages (pediatric through geriatric)
• Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
• Verify patient identity and ensure proper labeling and documentation
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
• Provide excellent customer service while explaining procedures and easing patient concerns
• Support multiple locations as needed and adapt to changing business needs

What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between sites as needed
• Keyboard/data entry proficiency
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
