About The Role

Chicago House AC is seeking a Part-Time Fractional CFO to help guide the financial future of the organization. This is a strategic advisory role rather than an operational finance position. The opportunity is designed for an experienced finance executive who can contribute high-level financial strategy, capital planning, and executive guidance. The position offers meaningful influence through advisory participation and long-term strategic involvement. Compensation is structured as sweat equity with an option to invest.

Responsibilities

• You will advise leadership on financial modeling, budgeting, and long-term sustainability planning.
• The role includes supporting revenue diversification initiatives, profitability strategies, capital allocation, and financial discipline.
• You will assist with investor strategy, fundraising efforts, and financial storytelling to potential stakeholders.
• You may introduce prospective investors and strategic financial partners who can support future growth.
• You will provide oversight on financial controls, reporting standards, and risk management practices.
• The role also includes participating in advisory meetings, strategic planning sessions, and helping leadership remain accountable to key financial performance metrics.

Requirements

• Candidates should have experience as a CFO, senior finance executive, investor, or private equity or venture capital professional.
• Background in sports organizations, startups, or growth-stage companies is preferred.
• You should possess strong financial strategy capabilities and a network within finance and investment communities.
