JOB SUMMARY Provides diagnostic and therapeutic services by assessing and treating neonate, infant, children, adolescent, adult, and geriatric hearing, balance, and communication disorders. QUALIFICATIONS Au.D. degree NY Audiology License NY hearing aid dispensing license KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Previous work in a multi-provider environment a plus. Excellent interpersonal communication skills Strong organizational skills Ability to be flexible in your daily schedule Ability to clearly review test results and treatment options with patients and their families Desire to educate patients about hearing and hearing loss Ability to prioritize in a busy ever-changing environment Strong compassion, care, and respect for all patients Strong team orientation, ability to collaborate in a team setting Independently interpret results with little supervision ABOUT THE CLINIC Our clinic is owned and operated by Doctors of Audiology who believe in the true medical model audiology clinics were built on.
