In this role, you'll be responsible for managing complex client accounts, overseeing project execution, and serving as a trusted partner to customers, agents, and internal teams.The ideal candidate brings a strong operational mindset, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to balance customer satisfaction with business performance.
