Round One Entertainment is looking to hire Food Hall Associates our upcoming Yuu, Japanese Food Hall department.

Open availability, especially nights and weekends, is preferred.

Overview:

This position supports the overall cleanliness and sanitation of the food hall environment, including ware washing, shared seating areas, restrooms, and common spaces. The Cleaning Staff member will be in charge of ware washing for both customer dishes/small wares, as well as stall kitchenware, ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff by maintaining sanitation standards and supporting the operational needs of the food hall.

Essential Duties:

• Maintain cleanliness of food hall seating areas including tables, chairs, floors, and trash stations.
• Cleaning, Washing, and Drying of customer soiled dishes and stall used kitchenware. 
• Perform routine restroom checks and cleaning to ensure sanitation standards are consistently maintained.
• Remove trash and recycling from food hall areas and dispose of waste according to facility procedures.
• Replenish restroom and sanitation supplies including paper products, soap, and cleaning materials.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces throughout the food hall.
• Support stall operators by maintaining clean dish return areas and transporting dishware to designated locations.
• Perform opening and closing cleaning duties for the food hall and common spaces.
• Launder and maintain kitchen staff aprons.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures consistently.
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or supply shortages to management.
• Other duties and responsibilities assigned by Department & Store Management.

Non-Essential Duties:

• Support food hall staff during high-volume periods by assisting with table clearing and dish returns.
• Participate in food hall lost and found protocols.
• Maintain organization of cleaning equipment and supply storage areas.
• Maintain high ethical standards and report any irregularities to management.
• Complies and maintains confidentiality of all company policies and procedures.
• Support other departments when operationally necessary.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Prior experience in janitorial, cleaning, or hospitality environments preferred.
• Knowledge of basic sanitation and cleaning procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a busy environment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support team operations.

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a bowling center/arcade environment where high levels of noise, dust and activity can be expected. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to bend, stretch, twist, climb and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces. The employee is required to stand and walk for extensive periods of time without breaks during busy times. In addition, the employee will need to be able to use their hands/fingers to handle cleaning equipment and supplies. Lifting and/or moving up to 100lbs with assistance is required.
