Job Description BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Mobile Deployment Technician for an opportunity in Charlotte, NC. Position Title: Mobile Deployment Technician Location: Charlotte, NC Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Expected Duration: 6+ Months Job Type: FULL TIME (>=40 HRS WEEKLY), CONTRACT, ON-SITE Pay Range: $20/HR – $24/HR Requirements: iPhone and iOS experience Mobile Device Management experience Ability to lift and carry up to 10 pounds daily Job Description: This position will work full time on-site in Charlotte, NC. Mobile Deployment Technician. Expected Skills: Able to work without assistance; can provide limited leadership to others; able to manage medium complexity work efforts; may have industry experience. Responsibilities: We are seeking a motivated individual to join our company as a Mobile Deployment Technician. As part of our IT team, you will help with mobile device refreshes and replacements, and collaborate with other IT professionals to execute large-scale migration projects. You will upgrade and configure iPhones and iPads, resolving any difficulties and educating users on appropriate usage, backup procedures, and troubleshooting.
