Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions and determine appropriate treatment plans that are consistent with their orthopedic diagnosis.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercises, manual therapy, and state-of-the-art equipment, to facilitate recovery and improve patient outcomes.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals, with a focus on restoring movement, managing pain, and improving functional capabilities.
• Document patients' progress meticulously in accordance with best practices, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on ongoing assessments.
• Educate patients and their families about the rehabilitation process, providing guidance on therapeutic exercises and tools to enhance participation in their own care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other healthcare professionals, to provide well-rounded care that addresses all aspects of patients' health.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay current with orthopedic best practices and treatment modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, including children and adults recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain conditions. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with patients from various backgrounds will be essential in building rapport and achieving positive health outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active State License in Physical Therapy.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including word processing and electronic documentation.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varying needs of patients and the workflow.

Preferred Experience

While prior work experience is not mandatory, any internships or clinical rotations focusing on orthopedic therapy will be advantageous. A Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred, but candidates possessing a bachelor's degree with a passion for patient-centered care may also apply.

Compensation and Benefits

Opti Flex Therapeutics offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, complemented by an attractive benefits package that includes:
