Are you an experienced caregiver looking to pick up extra hours in Santa Monica or Inglewood?

Right at Home West LA, based on 14th St in Santa Monica, is seeking reliable professionals for part-time fill-in and short shifts.

Why pick up shifts with us?

Top pay: $18.50–$21 /hour based on skills* and availability.
Flexible schedule: 4 to 12 hour shifts. Overtime pay after 9 hours (can't guarantee shifts/week-- offer shifts regularly).
High demand: We get new client calls every day!
Great perks: Tapcheck (instant pay), 401K match, sick time, overtime/holiday pay and referral bonuses.
Mileage: Industry-leading $0.80 per mile for travel between assignments.

*CNA/HHA/LVN make higher range for personal care work.

Credentials needed:

HCA Registry: You must be active on the CA Home Care Aide Registry.
Documentation: Negative TB test and valid CPR certification are required.
Driving: Preference is given to those who can drive clients in their own vehicle.
