About the Role: We are seeking a per diem Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dynamic team. As a COTA, you will work under the supervision of our Occupational Therapists to treat residents with physical, cognitive, and psychosocial impairments. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping our patients achieve their goals and regain their independence. Position pays $42-$45 HOURLY. Responsibilities: Assist Occupational Therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans for residents Conduct occupational therapy activities to improve residents' functional abilities and independence Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support Document resident progress and maintain accurate records Participate in care conferences and contribute to goal setting and planning Requirements: Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a skilled nursing facility Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) #J-18808-Ljbffr
