Hotel Bartender

Join our team as a Hotel Bartender at Holiday Inn Boston Cambridge Area, located inSomerville, MA. In this role, you will create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests by expertly preparing and serving a variety of beverages, ensuring an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and inventory management. Check identification to verify legal drinking age of guests. Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience for all patrons. Requirements Minimum of (2) years of bartender experience preferred. Knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously. TIPS Certification preferred. Available to work Sunday and Mondays. Flexibility to work holidays as needed. Available to work full-time or part-time. Benefits Pay ranging from $10.00 to $19.00 per hour, (base wage plus estimated tips for scheduled shifts) paid bi-weekly.
