What You’ll Do Represent buyers and sellers throughout the purchase and sale process Build relationships within your community and grow your own client base Conduct property showings, open houses, and client consultations Prepare offers, contracts, and transaction documents Negotiate on behalf of your clients while maintaining the highest ethical standards Utilize CRM, MLS, digital marketing, and NextHome technology platforms Continue developing your business through networking, education, and community involvement What We’re Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable learning new technology Organized, self-motivated, and dependable Desire to build a long-term business and serve clients with integrity A Hawaiʻi Real Estate Salesperson License is not required to apply. We welcome applicants who are interested in beginning a real estate career. However, applicants must successfully obtain a Hawaiʻi Real Estate Salesperson License before entering into an Independent Contractor Agreement or conducting licensed real estate activities.
