Senior Property Accountant Experience: Senior Level Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year Job Details Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5–7+ years of property accounting experience, preferably in commercial real estate (office/retail) Experience managing multi-property portfolios Strong Yardi experience REQUIRED Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas) Solid understanding of: GAAP accounting principles Lease accounting & CAM reconciliations Financial reporting and general ledger Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines Excellent communication skills with both financial and non-financial stakeholders Experience with retail or mixed-use portfolios is a plus Exposure to investor reporting or REIT environments is a plus A bit about us: We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Accountant to support a portfolio of Dallas based properties.
