  • Follow up with cross-functional team members (engineering, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, maintenance) to drive action closure.
  • Support trial planning and execution for manufacturing changes, including readiness checklists, parts availability, and data capture.
  • Coordinate implementation follow-through on change-driven actions including BOM updates, work order modifications, and Work Instruction revisions.

  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite) for inventory, work order, and change-related transactions.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills and ability to drive accountability without direct authority.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on process discipline and follow-through.
