What You’ll Do As our Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with the daily operations of the store. Leading and supporting team members during each shift. Delivering outstanding customer service and professionally resolving customer concerns. Managing cash handling, deposits, and register accuracy. Receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise. Helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment. Assisting with scheduling, training, and coaching employees. Ensuring company policies and safety procedures are followed. What We’re Looking For We’re searching for someone with a combination of skills, experience, and a can-do attitude. Here’s what we’d love to see: At least 1 year of experience in retail, convenience store, or customer service. Supervisory or management experience is a plus. Strong communication and leadership skills to inspire and guide the team. Reliability, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
