Job Description
Full Time Nights
Supports the hospital by operating switchboard. Answers, screens, transfers incoming and outgoing calls. Monitors alarms and code situations to activate notification systems when directed
Responsibilities
Answers calls in efficient manner, uses digital pages as needed. Accesses patient information, uses scripting for all interactions.
Qualifications
Education:
Required: High school graduate or equivalent
Experience:
Required: 6 months as operator or in customer service
