Job Title: Experienced Plumber Location: Ft. Responsibilities Daily Execute daily tasks based on drawings and specifications under the guidance of the Crew Lead. Prioritize safety by performing stretch and flex exercises, wearing proper PPE, and logging work time accurately. Adhere to the weekly work plan to meet project timelines. Collaborate with the Crew Lead to adjust work plans based on daily changes and priorities. Maintain COPPERA, LLC's quality standards in installations. Uphold job site performance in terms of cleanliness, organization, appearance, task completion, and safety measures. Organize and inventory materials and small tools, promptly alerting the Crew Lead as necessary. Provide training to apprentices in plumbing materials and systems. Weekly Attend safety meetings to stay informed and actively contribute to maintaining a safe working environment. Quarterly Participate in tracking skills against the Crew Lead Training program to ensure continuous learning and knowledge development. Working Conditions This role involves outdoor work with varying temperatures and weather conditions. Qualifications Possess a Journeyman or Master Plumbing License in good standing with the Texas Board of Plumbers. Embrace COPPERA, LLC's mission, vision, and core values. Proactively identify and solve problems to ensure project efficiency. Possess safety certifications (OSHA 30, CPR, Confined Space, First Aid, as required). Familiar with COPPERA, LLC Quality Standards. Ability to read drawings and understand project milestones. Proficient in using tools such as Smartsheet, emails, Dropbox, etc. Knowledge of COPPERA, LLC processes (Material Requisition, Time Keeping, RFIs, Change Orders, 75% Completion). Intermediate skills in mathematical calculations for budgeting purposes. Optimize resources to drive efficiency and reduce costs. Passion for training future tradespeople.
