Competitive Salary Performance Bonus Full Benefits Job Details We are seeking a seasoned Permanent Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the K-12 construction branch of the Engineering industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of construction projects, drawing on a strong track record in managing commercial projects and construction management, particularly in K-12 education facilities. Minimum qualifications include at least five years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities Lead and manage the execution of construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget. Develop and manage all aspects of project engagement – planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues. Set and continually manage project expectations while delegating and managing deliverables with team members and stakeholders. Oversee the development of detailed project plans to monitor and track progress. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget. Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and other staff members. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum of three years of project management experience in the construction industry, specifically with commercial projects and construction management. Proven experience in managing K-12 construction projects. Strong understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles. Excellent knowledge of construction contract administration, understanding of public contract code, and relevant laws and regulations. Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time‑management skills. Excellent client‑facing and internal communication skills. Strong working knowledge of construction drawings, equipment, and construction details. Excellent problem‑solving abilities. Ability to work with multiple-discipline projects.
