Group Lead 2nd Shift

Overview Contributes support for departments and department supervisors. Coordinates department activities, workflow, and resources to achieve daily goals. Maintains accuracy and performance standards and ensures compliance with safe work practices. Responsibilities Conduct routine technical support tasks for the warehouse area under general supervision and communicate deviations from expected outcomes to internal team. Gather feedback from employees across the company to ensure the technical support function is responsive to business needs. Communicate with supervisor to determine departmental staffing needs and assignments. Arrange employee work assignments to support a balanced workload. Advise on problem resolution for employees using reports, summaries, and procedures. Assist with paperwork and audits and fill in for supervisor as needed. Take direction to execute techniques, processes, and responsibilities. Perform other duties as requested by the department lead/supervisor or manager. Match daily tasks with company‑defined standard operating procedures and scientific methods to ensure best practices. Qualifications Ability to walk, stand, pull, climb, bend, reach, and stoop for an extended period of time. Ability to exercise sound judgement and work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to read, write, and count accurately. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally (courteous and cordial). Ability to work overtime. Basic awareness of problem solving and decision‑making skills. 0–2 years’ work experience. Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Salary Typical pay range: $17.00 – $28.46 per hour (or equivalent annual salary), based on experience, education, geography, and other factors.
