Civil Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm seeks a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney in St. Louis, MO. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4+ years of experience in civil litigation and trial skills. This role offers the opportunity to work with seasoned attorneys, gain trial experience, and handle a variety of cases in a dynamic environment. Duties Collaborate with experienced attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants. Prepare evidence, documents, and presentations for trial. Handle depositions, mediations, and court appearances. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents. Requirements Two to four plus years of legal experience. Knowledge of state and federal laws and procedures. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage large caseloads and multiple priorities. Effective collaboration with corporate professionals. Education Law degree from an ABA accredited law school. Certifications Active license in Missouri. Ability to become licensed in Illinois, Kansas, Iowa, or Nebraska.
