Immediate Opening for an Experienced Heavy Civil PM
Immediate opening for an experienced Heavy Civil PM. Candidates must have provable experience in the areas of roads, airports, bridges and/or buildings. Responsibilities may include:
- Overseeing aspects of each project, i.e., commercial structures, roadways and/or bridges.
- Pre-planning, budgeting, resource allocation, contract negotiation
- Overseeing compliance with all safety guidelines--local and/or national; as well as building codes and regulations
- Computer literate in industry standard softwares--Procore, Timberline/Sage, etc.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Heavy Civil PM. You will be asked to provide a projects list.
- Degree in Civil Engineering a plus
- Ability to comfortably commute to job site/s
Salary commensurate with experience
