# Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN), Medical/Surgical – New Mexico Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Santa Fe, New Mexico
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Full-Time; includes 2-4 weekend shifts per month and 2-4 on-call shifts per month (rotated among staff) Highlights:

• Night shift position in a Medical/Surgical department with nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5-6
• EPIC electronic medical record system utilized
• Full-time opportunity with structured rotation schedule for weekends and on-call duties
• Float to various Medical/Surgical departments as needed
• Collaborative nursing environment focused on high-quality patient care
• Opportunity to provide both routine and complex patient care independently

Requirements:

• Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
• BLS Certification via American Heart Association required
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Medical/Surgical nursing specialty preferred
• Ability to assess, diagnose, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
• Competency in administering medications, monitoring treatment effectiveness, and documenting patient care
